Shareholder Account Representative

NW San Antonio financial services company has the need for sharp, college degreed candidates to start in October.  This position will start as temporary but has strong possibility of becoming a permanent position with excellent benefits and great potential for career growth.The Shareholder Account Representative is responsible for providing service to our shareholders and financial planners throughout the country. Primary responsibility is assisting callers with inquiries regarding their mutual fund accounts, which includes research and problem solving. Additional responsibilities include processing on-line account transactions, such as investments, redemptions, account maintenance and establishing new accounts, as well as contacting shareholders and brokers to clarify requests.
