Provides day-to-day project management of assigned category activities with supplier management. Conducts RFP processes and negotiations managing complex global agreements.Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines. Utilizes Strategic Sourcing systems and adheres to Strategic Sourcing polices and procedures.Interfaces with clients to determine business area needs regarding specialized commodity services. Performs business analysis and develops recommendations for business solutions.Establishes internal customer interface especially with key customers and externally with vendors.Provides guidance in the development, negotiation and execution of terms and conditions for legal agreements.Communicates Strategic Sourcing strategies to clients with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.Develops and recommends policies and procedures to assure adherence to corporate policy and legal requirements.
