The Senior Manager Risk Analytics role is responsible for managing the integration of data and qualitative information into Home Loans Risk modeling, analytics, and management.  Oversees the work of employees on how to interpret and synthesize risk metrics to support development of credit strategies or refinement of credit risk management tactics.  More specifically, this role will assume the following responsibilities:Lead multiple and/or cross organizational strategic and tactical projects.Represent HL Risk Management in Corporate governance and stewardship activities.Respond to Corporate Audit and regulator findings of deficiencies.Conduct credit risk and industry benchmark analysis.Make decisions and influence decisions that will have a very broad or cross-organizational effect.Develop recommendations and implements plans to develop, adapt, modify or streamline policies, procedures, and systems.Contributes to the development of strategic plans at the division level.Monitor and evaluates division effectiveness as well as work-products, deliverables and outcome quality.   While the quality and accomplishments of a person’s career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications:10+ years experience in mortgage analytics, mortgage data especially credit, industry, and economic data with progressive career track.5+ years experience in managing a team.Experience managing SAS analytics in an Oracle environment.Bachelors Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics (or related field) is required.Master’s Degree is preferred.
