This role is accountable for providing overall management of financial and regulatory reporting for multiple legal entities within Harris Financial Corp. and BMO U.S.

Knowledge:
-CPA
-8 to 10 years of experience in a financial services environment
-well-defined knowledge of BMO / Harris financial reporting environment and regulatory requirements
-Expert knowledge of financial accounting (GMP), governance and control

Skills
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills--ability to work with others
-Good organization and influence skills
