Senior Loan Service Counselor

Collects on a higher degree of designated delinquent accounts, while maintaining good customer relations with borrowers. Effectively solves problem in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers. Negotiates account resolution, accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. Escalates calls to the RCC Management Team as needed. May perform advanced loss prevention activities (i.e. skip tracing, field chasing, account settlement) or administrative work which supports the impounding or repossession of vehicles. May represent the Company in legal proceedings. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of collections experience. High School or equivalent certificate required.
