Our client is a phenomenal start up company in the real estate investment field. They are looking to bring a solid Senior Financial analyst to join there team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience out of the real estate, investment or financial service industry. MBA degree is preferred.

Senior Financial Analyst Real Estate
Job Description:
Underwriting of new acquisitions, Distressed REO Purchases, Distressed Debt Purchase and Tax Lien Purchase financial modeling and analysis of new acquisitions and existing real estate assets, scenario analysis, budgeting and reporting, and assembling and review of relevant economic, demographic and other market info.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a seasoned professional in the investment management industry who has 5 to 8 years of experience in identifying and manage various aspects of risk in debt and equity commercial real estate. The position requires proficiency in debt and equity commercial real estate analysis, including but not limited to market analysis, cash flow analysis, valuation and the characteristics of various capital structures.
