Fund Services is responsible for the administration of more than 1,850 funds with net assets in excess of $574 billion offering a complete range of services including accounting, NAV computation, Registrar and Transfer Agent. UBS Fund Services has offices in Cayman, Toronto, New York, Dublin, Luxemburg, Basel, Krakow and Hong Kong.The primary duties of the position are as follows:Development of business development strategy and implementation Expand the third party hedge fund client base and significantly increase hedge fund assets under administrationClient presentations, proposals, negotiation and acquisitionLiaison with other group officesLiaison with fund sponsors and other service providers to offshore fundsNetwork with influential service providers; attorneys, audit firms, and prime brokers to obtain client referralsConsultation with fund sponsors during fund set-upDevelopment of promotional materialReport client/prospect activity to senior management in a timely mannerAnalyze Hedge Fund complexities including incentive fee methodologies and complex structuresVetting complex hedge fund legal documentation through the client on boarding processWilling to work long hours report under tight deadlines, and exercise initiative in the performance of dutiesConference preparation, attendance and networkingIdentify and develop cross-selling opportunities within the UBS group of companiesWork with colleagues in other regions in further developing the overall marketing strategy across Fund Services in EuropeBuilding and maintaining excellent long-term client relationships based on an understanding of client needsPrimary point of contact for client escalation and issue resolutionCross-location co-ordination in dealing with client requests, issues and activities within Fund Services and with external parties We can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and teamwork and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.
