Outstanding opportunity available for a Section Manager based in Brooklyn, Ohio!Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree 1 year experience leading or supervising employees' work performance in a collection/call center environment Demonstrates integrity and value commitment Proven ability to set and obtain goals Excellent interpersonal and motivation skills Superior verbal and written communications skills Strong time management and prioritization skills Established cognitive skills Displayed sense of ownership in relation to attitude and actions, assignments and event outcomes Preferred Skills: Master's degree Quality program certified (Six Sigma, ISO 9000, TQM, etc) or equivalent experience 2+ years experience managing an auto dialer in a collections/call center environment 1+ years previous management experience Essential Job Functions: ***This position works a noon-9:00 schedule*** Ensure the maximum utilization of resources and the achievement of process and financial objectives. This is accomplished through the education, motivation, retention, and leadership of the activities of a dedicated team of 15-20 frontline associates. Further responsibilities include the real time management of operational metrics and leading departmental initiatives that drive continuous process improvement and world-class service. Actively participate in and identify world-class team members by effectively forecasting staffing needs, partnering with the recruiting team, participation on panel interviews, and supporting the new hire selection/training process. Provide monthly coaching and career path direction for direct reports based on analysis of key performance indicators, work action reviews, side-by-side and silent monitoring of behavioral skill-sets, and evaluation of competencies. Prepare, administer and retain performance improvement counseling, performance appraisals and developmental action plans, and any other documentation as outlined by Risk Operations. Evaluate key performance indicators associated with designated operational processes. Recommending work strategies, pinpointing financial and quality areas of opportunity and selecting appropriate courses of action. Participate in and facilitate information sharing with your manager, peers and direct reports in a timely and efficient fashion to ensure widespread communication. Assess and enhance direct report's performance related to the Key Bank and Risk Operations values, vision, brand, and Operating Instructions. Aggressively manage departmental finances and ensure compliance with Key Bank expense policies. Accurately and timely complete, communicate and follow-up on any issues identified via Key Bank/Risk Operations complaint resolution process.
