Alaron Trading Corporation, one of the world’s leading futures and options brokerage firms, is looking for ambitious, self motivated individuals to join our team.  This position will combine traditional brokerage services with leading edge web-conference marketing and training events. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and will have access to:

 Sophisticated web-conferencing software for presentationsComplete sales and marketing infrastructureBack office support and assistance in creating presentationsAccess to large and dynamic groups of event participants



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Create and host online conferences, educational workshops, client trading sessions and webinars for clientele and prospective clienteleProvide exceptional service, support and education amongst a large base of clientele.Interact with clientele and prospective clientele via web-based conferencing and online  meetingsManage a high volume of  incoming phone calls demonstrating attention to detail, flexibility and innovation in resolving problemsFollow-up on leads generated from website inquiries and e-marketing campaignsEducate customers on Futures and Futures Option Trading rules, requirements, and contract specificationsIdentify specific client requests.  Determine and apply appropriate solutions Achieve/exceed monthly goals and targets Negotiate and close business while maintaining relationships with current clients



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 Series 3 license requiredPrior experience using online conferencing solutions such as Web-Ex, Adobe Connect, HotComm, OnNovia or GotoMeetingMarket savvy individual with a background with various trading platforms including FuturesSource, E-Signal, Ninja, Strategy Runner, CQG, Trade Navigator, Trading Technologies, etc.. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Excellent written and oral skills Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and database experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Positive attitude, professional appearance and manner
