First State Bank of the Florida Keys is a fast growing community bank with assets of almost $800 million and 13 branches from Key Largo to Key West. We are seeking a Special Asset Analyst.
Requirements include formal credit training, and experience with commercial, residential and consumer loans. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with Real Estate or Finance preferred. Responsibilities include reviewing and underwriting loan files for risk grading and special asset identification; assisting in action plan development and implementation; and acting as a liaison between legal representatives and our Special Asset Manager.
