Experience: 7 years and abovePrimary or Mandatory Skills • Over all 7+ years of experience in Development and Testing in Microsoft Technologies. • At least 3+ years of hands on data analysis/testing/debugging experience and involvement in preferably two full commercial product release cycle with strong understanding of testing methodologies and testing tools • At least 3+ years in leadership positions in software testing/development of complex business solutions. • Have a technical background and be able to work in either C# or C++ and have a solid understanding of web (IIS, ASPX, VBScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and related .NET) technologies • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of test engineers. • Experience with software engineering processes, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
