Risk Manager - Banking

We are a long-established community bank who is privately held and rapidly growing. We aren't going to sell to a big bank so your career here is stable!We are seeking a very unique senior level Risk Manager to act as our principal control officer overseeing all compliance regulations and processes at our bank. In this role you will manage and maintain the integrity of our BSA, AML, and Patriot Act policies and procedures, but we also need your expertise in overseas banking compliance and ISO.What else you will do: -lead the BSA Committee in the analysis & development of recommendations -monitor, test, report, and resolve risk and compliance issues -identify, evaluate, resolve risk issues involving the bank -oversee internal audit procedures -develop credit risk, transactional risk, and operational risk measurements -provide subject matter expertise on compliance matters -provide direction and leadership in operational and regulatory risk management programs -maintain strict control and confidentiality over all non-public customer information You need: -you MUST be bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese -must have a Bachelors degree in Business/Finance or related discipline -deep experience in BSA, OFAC, AML, Patriot Act, ISO, and SOX -experience in overseas banking risk management -5-7 years recent experience in the financial services industryThis is NOT a mortgage position; please do NOT apply if your experience is in the mortgage industry; your experience needs to be from a bank or other financial institutionWhat's in it for you? -excellent compensation plan: salary with generous bonus opportunities -stable work environment with a truly supportive team -generous benefits including medical, dental, 401k, PTO -a great place to work: true integrity, fun, challenging, interesting, So if you are a compliance risk manager with 5+ years of recent experience in the financial services industry and speak Mandarin or Cantonese, send your resume immediately!Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
