Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Qualifications Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a proven ability to communicate results in a clear, concise manner. 2-3 years call center experience. Prior experience successfully performing against daily metrics. At least two years of credit risk experience and knowledge of financial principles and procedures preferred. Ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business objectives. Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple tasks and possess strong interpersonal skills required. Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred. Responsibilities The Risk Management Representative is responsible for using risk detection programs and processes to identify and mitigate monetary, regulatory, and compliance related risk. Makes independent decisions that have high monetary and customer impact. Requires complex research and analysis involving the use of internal and external systems, databases, and other resources. Provides risk mitigation recommendations to senior and executive leaders. Monitor daily merchant batch activity to identify unusual and/or unauthorized activity. Contact merchants and/or financial institutions to validate and reduce the risk associated with merchant activity. Handle inbound calls from other business units and customers in a professional manner to assist them with their questions. Handle merchant correspondence and complete the necessary follow up to resolve the merchants written concerns. Update and maintain merchant account information. Maintain or exceed positions production and quality standards. Follow and adhere to all department and company policies.
