Responsible for managing the overall sales and service and operational performance of Retail Relationship Specialists.  Focuses on solidifying member relationships and retention through transaction accuracy, cross selling, opening accounts and exceptional member service. Coaches and develops team. Sets goals and delivers the total member experience and total employee experience. Ensures the proper functioning of vaults, cash limits, ATM's and teller line equipment. Actively supports the mission, vision and core values.    High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred. One year knowledge of bank/credit union teller operations and one year supervisory experience preferred.  This position requires that the employee possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.  Above average verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, ability to function in a multi-task environment, and proven ability to identify and evaluate issues and reach sound conclusions or decisions based on fact and in a proactive manner.  Demonstrated skills in sales, coaching and problem solving.  Must be able to see and hear, and write and speak English; bi-lingual helpful.  Must possess Windows-based PC skills and working knowledge of office equipment.  Must be able to lift 20 pounds and stand on feet for extended periods of time.  Must be available to work Saturday hours and after hours when required.
