Susquehanna has an excellent opportunity for a Residential Mortgage Sales Manager.  In this Residential Mortgage Sales Manager position,you will be responsible and accountable for their own mortgage production goals as well as that of all the Residential Mortgage Bankers that report to them. Faciliate the business and development calling program by establishing performance targets and developing, communicating and implementing action plans with Residential Mortgage Bankers. Coordinate with branch managers and commercial relationship managers in establishing and monitoring mortgage referral goals. Requirements:

For a Residential Mortgage Sales Manager position, top candidates will possess the following:

 

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Prior experience in a Retail Residential Mortgage environment

· 5 or more years experience as a Residential Lending Sales Manager or equivalent experience

· Proficient in the use of Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
