Locally owned and managed since 1915, this established, yet growing, institution seeks experienced Mortgage Professionals to contribute to our continued growth.

 

Home Stage Mortgage Group is a mortgage Banker/Broker, working with multiple investors. We deal with conforming, non-conforming, FHA, VA and Alt A products. We are also a Fannie Mae seller/servicer as well as have the availability of bank portfolio products.

 

We currently have 8 existing locations in the McHenry County area and have plans underway to expand into Western Lake, Northern Kane and Northwest Cook counties.

 

Individuals chosen to join the Home State Mortgage Group will need to demonstrate the following to achieve success:

 

Skills and Abilities:We seek motivated, ethical self starters who are driven to success and who can set and achieve personal production and customer service goals.We require a minimum of two years proven production experience.The development of relationships with referral sources to generate mortgage leads.Preparation of loan applications and disclosures in accordance with bank and regulatory requirements. As well as set customer expectations with respect to process and timelinesWork with the Mortgage operations team to ensure a smooth and accurate closingA commitment to continuing to expand industry knowledge and keep up to date on the mortgage marketplace
