Outstanding opportunity available for a Relationship Manager based in New City, NYScope of the Position: You will regularly review and assess clients' financial positions and requirements; act as a trusted advisor in assisting customers in meeting their financial goals; keep clients informed of products, services, and special promotions; actively participate in community organizations to source new business development; assist in creating the annual KeyCenter marketing plan; and mentor Relationship Associates and other KeyCenter employees. Qualifications: Requirements include 2+ years' financial services experience, general knowledge of commercial lending to small businesses, background in developing current and new customer relationships, track record of achieving sales goals and building referral sources, proven strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, team player approach, understanding fo personal and commercial finance statements, ability to successfully maintain a book of business with 300-350 clients, experience with outside calling, driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance, ability to complete small business basics training within 90 days of hire, and an undergraduate degree in a business-related field or the equivalent.
