Description:
Major hedge fund and broker dealer advisory firm is seeking Regulatory Compliance Consultants for their Corporate Advisory Services Group. Ideal candidates will have experience with regulatory compliance matters within broker dealers and registered investment advisors. Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, surveillance, and Securities Acts (1933, 1934, 1940) required.

Requirements:
5+ years regulatory reporting in financial services; former SEC or NASD (FINRA) preferred. Regulatory exam experience is required. Securities aurir or prior exchange examiner experience preferred.
