Rapid growth, continued expansion and a vibrant corporate culture are creating an exciting atmosphere within the company.In order to maintain their growth pattern they are expanding their internal wholesaling sales force by adding Regional Sales Associates to their team.The position entails working directly one-on-one with an external wholesaler, spending the majority of time on the phones providing a superior level of service and sales to existing clients and working to develop new client relationships as well.  The major goal of the position is to increase overall sales within their defined territory.  While there are 2,000 - 3,000 brokers per territory, the Regional Sales Associate will spend 80% of their time on their top 20%, or approximately 200, brokers.  The Regional Sales Associate will also be significantly involved in the creation of sales strategies, and will have ownership of the sales goals in their territory.
