This position is the business expert in development, implementation and administration of retail banking sales growth strategies and customer intimacy model within the retail group in the Kenosha market. Position also directs the activities and behaviors of branch managers and business development officers by identifying and analyzing sales generation opportunities in support of business goals. This position is ultimately responsible for the day to day operations of the branches and the facilities at each location. This position provides leadership in the development and expansion of retail banking and cross sales of all JFG products and services, and the servicing of clients to deliver a consistent branding of the customer experience at the retail level.
Accountability for assessing, developing and coaching direct reports in behaviors and skills necessary to support long-term business goals, contributing to product development, promotional strategies, product rates and pricing.
Participates in community activities and marketing events to enhance market presence. Required Experience
5 to 10 years sales management experience in a financial services/banking setting. Proven business development track record and marketing skills essential. Must demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and possess the ability to lead at a senior management level, build consensus, and motivate staff to achieve a high level of performance.
