Regional Manager - Lowell Connector Branch
Seeking to hire a Regional Manager who will maintain and lead four branches in the Greater Lowell area with a focus on achieving growth in the marketplace, maintaining efficient branch operations and developing a team of bankers who are capable and inspired to achieve the Bank's mission and goals. The Regional Manager reinforces the bank's culture by promoting a commitment to excellence in service, sales, knowledge/learning and technology driven products and processes. Leading with a focus on relationship banking through achieving deposit growth and developing qualified referrals of various products and services, the Regional Manager regularly interacts with customers, community leaders, branch staff, commercial lenders and is actively involved in supporting community/non-profit organizations within the region. Qualified applicants possess a proven record of achievement of commercial banking/sales goals, both individually and by inspiring team members, functions well as both a leader and team members, thrives on building and maintaining relationships with customers and has a genuine desire to be involved with the local community. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with five or more years of regional management experience in a commercial banking environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, proven leadership skills and a track record of success in a business development/sales environment.
