Recruitment Researcher
Purpose / Position Summary The Recruitment Researcher is responsible for identifying qualified internal and external candidates for all temporary and full-time opportunities within Williams Lea and successfully partnering with the Recruitment team to drive top-tier talent.Operations Effectively utilize all recruitment tools and remote sourcing techniques to source top candidates Retrieve necessary criterion from hiring manager or director to identify the most qualified candidates Effectively phone screen candidates based on national protocols and recruiter requirements Assist with the candidate screening and compliance process as needed. Complete data entry in the ATS tool and background vendor interface and aid in ensuring successful completion of drug screening process Review all applicant resumes and identify viable candidates Conduct ongoing research to identify job boards, posting sites, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and any other relevant associations to further drive the staffing brand and aid in the retrieval of top talent Coordinate candidate interviews Utilize direct recruiting methodologies Ensure ability to understand and articulate business proposition Ensure appropriate level of expertise regarding the corporate compensation structure and benefits as well as the exact nature of the function for which the researcher is sourcing Conduct ongoing research regarding competitor pay, benefits and organizational structure Gather and compile statistics and anecdotal data as requested for reporting purposes Administer assessments where applicable Assist with the implementation and review of recruiting systems and procedures as required to include targeted approaches to staffing for hard to fill positions Follow established processes for sourcing of candidates including research of and participation in relevant community outreach, job fair and social networking activities Adhere to all Title VII and related employment laws Follow appropriate paper flow and filing procedures Participate in staffing, departmental and client based meetings as neededCustomers Working with Account Managers/Directors to identify critical job requirements Effectively build relationships on a national level with all pertinent customers to identify key business needs, client culture and site-specific challenges Provide regular status updates to pertinent parties Aid in all reporting requirements Work effectively and collaboratively with the Recruitment and HR team to identify potential internal candidates Partner with HR and Recruitment teams on all reduction in force (RIF) activities and new site start-ups Work with all parts of the business to ensure the recruitment process is proactive and fluid Requirements: Job Qualifications 2 - 5 years in a recruitment, recruitment research or staffing related role Volume sourcing experience with multiple requisitions across a sizeable geographic region Excellent communications skills Proven ability to build and maintain superior relationships with clients at all levels Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail Self starter with a proactive, creative and flexible approach Comfortable in a deadline driven environment Contract/supplier management experience desirableTechnical skills Advanced web searching skills Advanced recruitment website utilization skills Advanced Word and Excel Experience with recruitment databasesApply Online Williams Lea is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
