Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com Citi Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") are equal opportunity employers M/F/D/V and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.This is an excellent opportunity to become a contributing member of one of the world's most recognized and respected global financial services companies.  * Attract, select & recommend highly qualified exempt and non-exempt talent for our Southern California Region's Retail Bank. * Conduct needs analysis * Direct source and recruit * Interview and assess exempt and non-exempt talent * Build and maintain talent pipelines  * Establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal clients and external networks * Internal reporting and special projects. * The ideal candidate will have 6+ years Exempt and Non-Exempt recruiting experience with minimum 2 years in a high volume environment * Must be highly skilled in conducting position needs analysis, direct sourcing, cold-calling, recruiting, interviewing and assessing talent  * Banking recruiting experience, a quality service orientation and stable work history are highly preferred  * Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills are required for frequent and productive business manager interactions  * Stable work history * Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills required * Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System, Taleo preferred. * Proven ability to utilize appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with internal/ external customers, business partners, and Human Resources Colleagues.  * Demonstrated track history for internal and external customer satisfaction by seeking and taking appropriate actions on customer feedback, resolving difficult issues by offering staffing solutions in a timely and professional manner. * Highly effective in change management - adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures. *Solid track record of setting high standards of performance; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks. * Demonstrated ability to identify and understand staffing opportunities as it relates to the business requirements and to create relevant options for addressing the staffing needs. * Must have previously displayed a sense of urgency by taking prompt action to accomplish key staffing objectives; taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive. * Excellent communication and presentation skills are critical to the job success. * The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in being resilient and adaptable in the face of sourcing and hiring obstacles.  BA/BS degree is highly preferred
