PCA has immediate career opportunities for Financial Recovery Specialists in our Pre-Lit and Probate Departments as a result of the continued growth of our company. In this role you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts (100+), driving portfolio liquidation, skip tracing, and adhering to all federal and state standards.
Now is the time for you to put to use the skills you have gained from previous experiences and apply it to our current opening. This will give you the opportunity to reach the level of income, leadership, and growth you have wanted but weren't able to achieve in past positions.

In addition to hourly compensation, PCA offers un-capped commission, group medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing and excellent advancement opportunity. We also offer other performance based programs that could include $300 per month car allowance, a points program to purchase items of your choosing, and a number of other incentive plans.
