Including yours. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.Reconciliation Analyst, Senior – Fees Due   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Ensuring the reconciliation and timely collection of unpaid fees-due balances on Service-Released loans through internal communication and external collection efforts·  Following-up on outstanding items·  Overseeing collection efforts with Third-Party Servicers and Investors·  Working with the MRC Team to oversee and maintain timely posting of fees·  Recommending and implementing process improvements to mitigate losses that result from uncollected fees·  Developing metrics, reports, processes and procedures to track and monitor collection efforts·  Creating Aging Reports and other necessary reporting and providing to Management on a monthly basis·  Overseeing the mapping of fees due on seasoned bulk transfers·  Assisting Management on special projects related to Finance·  Interacting with Management and internal/external Business Partners on a regular basis to ensure that items are correctly reported, posted and cleared in a timely manner·  Developing, preparing and streamlining Fees-Due Reports for Management·  Preparing Ad-hoc Reports·  Overseeing the mapping of fees during the boarding process   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting·  3+ years of related experience·  Proficiency with PC programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Lotus Notes·  Self-motivation·  Detail-orientation·  Ability to motivate teams and function as a team player·  Ability to multitask·  Ability to effectively present information to others who possess various degrees of understanding of departmental procedures, rules and/or regulations·  Ability to correctly interpret and write numbers and letters·  Ability to establish and meet deadlines·  Ability to develop, maintain and work with spreadsheets and other formatted documents·  Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines·  Effective listening, comprehension and negotiation skills·  Effective presentational, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
