Real Estate Title Examiner

We have an immediate opening for an attorney title examiner, or lay examiner with commensurate experience, to examine title to commercial and residential real estate transactions.  Qualified party should be familiar with the underwriting processes of national underwriters.  This candidate should be capable of setting up title commitments, policies, and endorsements; have an aptitude for reading complicated legal descriptions accurately; be capable of reviewing a survey for sufficiency to insure; be knowledgeable about the various endorsements most often requested in commercial and residential insuring and the conditions under which they can be utilized.  Qualfied party should be familiar with searching procedures at the courthouse.
