Seasoned Banker. Prefer 10+ years experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate lending and credit. Demonstrates the ability to successfully manage the banking needs for a portfolio of complex clients with a strong preference for banking experience with national real estate companies such as REITs, National Homebuilders and Institutional Real Estate Funds or equivalent experience with national corporate entities. Familiar with the analysis and structuring of senior credit facilities on both a secured and unsecured basis. Experience in successfully negotiating agent and/or participant roles in these types of facilities. Proven success in soliciting banking products including capital market products and services. Provides strong leadership in peer group. Continually seeks, and shares knowledge of, best practices. Prefer advanced degree - i.e. MBA.
