Location: New York, NY 10001Your location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend Our client is a Real Estate investment firm which provides joint venture equity and acquires indirect ownership from existing investors in the U.S. and Europe.  The company is looking to expand its Acquisitions team and is looking for its next superstar at the Associate level.  Responsibilities: Financial, valuation, market and rate of return analysis in connection with the acquisition of ownership interests and preferred equity in secondary market transactions.  Travel is required to inspect target assets. Extensive knowledge of financial statement analysis, commercial lease analysis, asset valuation, market due diligence, and partnership/legal agreements required.  Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience, formal real estate investment or investment banking experience in the abovementioned areas.
