Reverse Mortgage Loan Origination.Â This is a commission based position.

Â

Duties:

Â Â Making sales calls to prospective customers ( Seniors 62 yrs +) and relatives who adviseÂ them on financial matters.

Â Â Attracting new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships withÂ Financial Advisors, Accountants, lawyers and bankers within the Real Estate community.

Â Completing Mortgage loan applications, collecting loan documentation and ordering appraisals.

Â Participate in professional networking organizations and seminars.

Â Extensive marketing campaign and leads will be provided.

Â

Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret credit reports. Proven sales track record.

Excellent listening and closing skills.
