Other core businesses include various lending subsidiaries that cover residential mortgages, mixed use, multi-family loans and commercial real estate.

We are currently seeking an REO Specialist for our New York City Headquarters.

 

Essential Job Duties:Review properties, establish plan to maintain, prepare for sale and sell at the highest possible price while limiting hold time, costs and loss seventy. Analyze repair bids to determine cost benefits and enhance marketability of properties and implement upon approval from management. Analyze BPO or CMA, determine list price, and implement MLS listing though broker, negotiate and review contracts. Order and review appraisals on periodic basis; complete reports related to write-offs as necessary. Maintain all files on properties, including any sale/closing documents, process payments of expenses/fees on all properties. Regular contact with realtors, vendors, property managers related to properties and evaluates potential additional needs to change in list price. Review all closing documents and process proceeds of closing.

 

Minimum Qualifications

HS Degree; experience with REO or closings on real estate transactions.
