qualified applicant for the following position:

REO Asset Coordinator
Will assist in all facets of the REO portfolio incl. the preparation of marketing strategy, schedule cleaning,
utilities, repair estimates and monthly
inspections. Will also recommend market price and coordinate closing and liquidation of REO's.
Real estate exp. req., license a plus. Must have strong computer and communication skills.
