Top Hedge Fund are looking to hire a quantitative researcher with outstanding skills in data analysis to manage a small team of data analysts within their research department.. The Hedge Fund concentrates on the systematic trading of Futures, Currencies and Commodites. Your role will be to make data usable and ready for Quantitative Traders to build trading models. You must meet the following requirements: 2yrs + business knowledge of Futures, Commodities & Currency dataExperience of working with financial data is essential, including knowledge and understanding of US Equity market structureExperience of working with large databases & datasets5yrs+ experience of slicing & dicing financial dataMS or PhD in an empirical discipline. Strong quantitative education from a top level university; excellent GPA and top graduation rank Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Experience in Excel, VBA, Matlab, SQL, and C++.
