Quality Process Manager

Quality Process Manager

 

The Campaign Information Management group within Marketing Services seeks a Quality Process Manager (QPM) to oversee list quality for all Home Loan Marketing lists generated within the group. The QPM works directly with list Engagement Managers and Developers to ensure that outbound marketing lists meet specified requirements. As the final approver of marketing lists, the QPM plays a critical role ensuring that lists are developed accurately and delivered error-free in a timely manner. Attention to detail, efficient time management and clear communication is essential in this position. A successful candidate in the position must be able to:

 

1. Translate end-user data and report requirements into programming requirements.

2. Validate business logic to ensure that it meets end-user requirements.

3. Review process documentation to ensure that internal standards are met.

4. Set overall priorities and timelines for group responsibilities and projects.

5. Serve as an owner of a the QA process and subject matter expert.

6. Identify and explore new ways to meet user requirements,choosing from a wide variety of query and reporting tools (e.g., Extract, SQL {structured query language}, VBA, and VB programming languages).


Additional Requirements
Working knowledge of direct marketing concepts and best practices combined with a firm understanding of banking products and services is required. Particular knowledge of Home Loans is highly desirable.


Excellent organization and communication skills are required.

Experience working with remote or offshore staff is a desirable, and some flexible work scheduling is required to support regular after-hours remote meetings.

Ability to translate broad business requirements into technical and/or functional specifications, while not required, is highly valuable in this role.

Knowledge of relational database systems and design is a plus. Moderate technical proficiency with various data mining and scripting tools is plus; these might include MS Sql Server (Query Analyzer), Toad, Business Objects and SAS. 

A minimum 5-7 years professional experience in similar or complimentary role is required.
