Property & Casualty Licensed Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Property & Casualty Licensed CSR serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. 

Duties:* Answers phones and responds to inquiries. 

* Maintains customer relationships and documents actions 

* Maintains customer records by updating account information. 

* Manages the customer base.  Make changes to policies, takes payments and serves all other customer needs. 

* Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. 

* Suggests information about other products and services. Sets up cross sell opportunities for Sales Staff.

* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Only licensed agents need apply. Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking.
