Project Manager

Awesome opportunity for a Project Manager that will be responsible for projects throughout the project management lifecycle, from original concept to final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including business users and staff.

This role will manage large and small projects as assigned. Following is a summary of the major job processes of this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time: Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards using project methodology, and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Facilitates requirements gathering sessions and documents findings. Facilitates process flow sessions and documents the work flows. Identifies and analyzes risks to mitigate issues that could impact success. Coordinates and ensures testing is completed with IT and business users. Manages multiple projects at a given time.

 

Required Skills:  Four years Project Management experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
