The Retail Bank in looking for qualified individuals to manage key strategic business line projects that either focus on enhancing the sales process or improving operating efficiencies. Ensures that projects is aligned with broader corporate and CSB strategies and initiatives. Responsible for coordinating and leading meetings with employees across multiple divisions/departments to complete a wide variety of projects. Responsible for diligent project documentation, to include coordinating budgets, timeliness, analytics and resource allocation. This position will ensure that all improvement efforts take into account the field perspective, service levels and most importantly the impact on our customers. Instills quantifiable metrics to effectively monitor and evaluate customer, employee and process components in determining overall project success.Qualifications: Four-year college degree, preferably in finance or management. Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of retail banking experience required. Previous experience using National City's project methodology required. Must have the ability to interact with a wide range of employees in different divisions while managing several multi-faceted projects. Must have strong computer and analytical skills. Demonstrated communication skills to include vocal and written presentation. Attention to detail required.
