Position: Product Manager I Checking Products  (2 FT Positions)  WOW! Process ImprovementsLocation:    Falmouth, MaineDivision: Money In SummaryResponsible for the continuous improvement and end to end management of assigned Company products, services and programs including features, benefits and characteristics that meet customer needs and are priced to meet the Company profit and loss objectives.  Implements the strategy to deliver profitable solutions for market problems and grows profitability year over year.  Recommends effective ways to deliver a complete solution to an identified market problem and looks for ways to fill gaps.  Performs objective analysis of potential market opportunities and articulates learning's to quantify the risk, including a financial model.  Maintains Company's existing and new product line pricing structures, strategies and tactics to meet changing environment, customer preference and revenue targets.  Ensures prices and programs comply with Company pricing strategy and constantly monitor profitability and key drivers to improve results.  Implements pricing processes for modeling, volume forecasting and measurement to identify key performance indicators.  Maintains tools and models that would allow testing of price elasticity.  Key Accountabilities:-  Constantly seeks out ways to improve and “WOW!â€� the product line up and associated services/processes.-  Partners with the front line and the complimentary channels to identify barriers to a differentiated customer and employee experience and ensures they are eliminated. -  Acts as the liaison with retail distribution to address and enhance barriers to a differentiated customer and employee experience.-  Online account opening and overall process.Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies.Requirements:   Education and Experience Qualifications-  4-year degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.-  5+ years related experience required.-  Retail Store experience required. Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Experience in product design in a financial/banking environment with experience in debit card products strongly preferred.-  Proven communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior managers-  Ability to build strong collaborative business relationships-  Ability to negotiate and apply skills to exercise influence over others decisions without express authority and influence change.-  Demonstrated experience in project management and building project plans and presentations-  Experience in secondary and primary market research and analysis.-  Strong analytical skills, with ability to draw appropriate conclusions from data.-  Ability to summarize large amounts of information and present logical recommendations.-  Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.-  PC skills and proficiency in MS Office products.-  Solid understanding of product pricing and financial concepts-  Ability to think both tactically and strategically   Other RequirementsSome Travel required To apply online, please use the following link: Apply On-line TD Banknorth is a trade name of TD Bank, N.A.
