Product Delivery Senior Officer -MCO (Princeton/Cherry Hill, NJ or Philadel Job Description: The Product Delivery Sr. Officer - MCO (Market Credit Officer) will work closely with a team of Client Managers to address the financial needs of business in the respective market. They will be responsible for expanding and retaining a Business Banking credit portfolio, will structure credit facilities to meet customer needs and delivering service that will delight our clients. The team will consist of a group of client managers, support associates, and matrixed product delivery partners. They are also responsible for driving the credit goal with the Client Managers playing a key role in increasing existing commercial credit for clients with estimated annual revenue of $2mm to $50mm. They will be responsible for collaborating with Client Managers to identify new credit opportunities, to broaden and deepen client relationship through cross selling to ultimately increase client satisfaction and retention. Counsel will also be provided on more complex and challenging transactions under these thresholds, and will assist Credit Services on an as-needed basis in portfolio management activities. The PDO-MCO is an integral member of the Client Team and will partner with the Client Manager, Credit Services and other internal business partners to deliver an end-to-end credit experience for our clients. The PDO-MCO will drive and manage the credit process in the areas of: conducting the needs analysis, screening the loan requests with Client Managers and Credit Services, high level credit analysis, credit structuring, pricing, negotiations, closings, as well as nurturing the credit skill set of the team. The PDO - MCO is an integral member of the regional leadership team and will develop strong relationships with the Regional Executive, Market Executives, other Market Credit officers, and key product and support partners. The PDO-MCO acts as a coach and mentor in a very high paced environment. Must have 8+ years of lending or corporate finance experience in the small business or middle market sector. A thorough understanding of cash flow analysis and the impact of business and economic cycles on industry segments is required. Proven credit analysis ability with in-depth knowledge of credit products, risk assessment, structuring, and pricing are a must. Completion of formal credit training required. Knowledge of the client management process (or proven knowledge of a sales process) required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
