Responsibilities:
This is a predominately administrative hourly position.
Acts as a central contact for procedural, operational, and customer service related issues within the department. Communicates these issues through appropriate channel. Provides administrative support in the market. Participates in the achievement of corporate sales and service goals, to build internal and external customer relationships and enhance shareholder value.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum one year prior administrative experience.
2. Minimum of two years related work experience or five years previous customer service experience.
3. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
