Pricing/Lock Desk Analyst
Pricing/Lock Desk Analyst - Full Time
NE Moves Mortgage, LLC, one of the largest and most successful mortgage companies in New England, seeks experienced pricing/lock desk analyst throughout New England. We are one of the largest purchase money lenders in New England and a joint venture partner with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Successful candidates should possess strong math and computer skills. Must communicate and work well with over eighty loan officers. Be able to work in a high volume fast paced environment. Must be able to multi-task many issues and see all tasks to completion. Previous experience in mortgage banking with price/locking experience preferred but willing to train the right dedicated, qualified person.
Responsibilities include producing the daily rate sheets using the pricing from our many investors. Monitoring the market and keeping our loan officers updated with rate changes. Lock loans with our investors and confirm pricing. Update, change, extend lock commitments with our investors. Price out loan scenarios. Keep up to date on investor guideline and pricing changes.
