We are seeking an energized commercial loan Portfolio Manager. Qualified candidates will have well-developed human relations skills and the ability to perform as an integral part of our commercial lending team. Specific professional experience and expertise is required in these areas: Credit review, analysis, and underwriting; preparation of credit write-up’s and other commercial loan documentation; restructuring loans; monitoring loan quality and commitments; analyzing and evaluating portfolio risk; understanding new home construction and related risk; and providing business development and loan administration support to commercial lenders. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communications skills as well as strong business analysis, math, and risk-assessment skills.
