  Job Title:  Part - Time Client Service Representative

Department:    Retail Banking

Location:  Plymouth

 

Description of Position:

Proficiently executes Client Service Representative functions by processing client transactions with accuracy and balancing within Retail Banking standards, procedures and policies.  Ensures all clients are acknowledged with a warm visual and calls clients by name when possible.  Takes ownership of client issues, ensures that service requests are processed, returns client calls the same day and thanks the customer for doing their business at Citizens Bank.  Ensures client satisfaction and connects client with appropriate business partner. 

 

Qualifications:

Must have recent cash handling, customer service and sales experience.  Must have access to reliable transportation, be available to work at other branches within the area, and  be able to work a flexible schedule based the hours of operation of the branch office, which may include a Saturday rotation.  Excellent organizational and communication skills.  Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Qualified candidates must also have proven success in the following areas; demonstrating results, exceeding client expectations, adaptability, team player and strong relationship builder, reliability and highly motivated.
