Personal Lines Insurance Consultant *** Please note that there are several of these opportunities in the Kennewick RegionPrimary Responsibilities Include: Selling of all Personal Lines Insurance products Pursuing, closing sales and retaining the client on renewal. Cross-selling from a referral Referring clients for the sale of other insurance and non insurance products provided by other divisions of CFC. It is critical that the Agent recognize the value of the CFC Brand and treat leads referred from other divisions of CFC in a proprietary manner A Successful Candidate Will Have:· High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree or equivalant work experience preferred. Current P&C lines Insurance license a plus but not required. Must be self motivated with a focus on achieving high levels of production. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems preferred. Effective interpersonal communications/relationship skills required, Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
