Personal Banker - (FSR) Full Time!Carlsbad Branch FSR I & II - Increases quality member service. Opens new accounts for new and existing members. Cross-sells appropriate financial products and services. Develops and maintains multiple account relationships. Meets or exceeds established FSR sales goals. Provides prompt, accurate and courteous responses to member inquiries to consumer loans and other financial transactions. Performs other duties as assigned. FSR I – Minimum two years combined credit union/banking experience to include one year Teller, New Accounts, and/or Sales related experience or equivalent.  Basic knowledge of the credit union/financial industry to include member service and sales, branch operations and deposit account and lending products/services.  Some familiarity with credit fundamentals, loan products, rates and terms and related policies and procedures preferred.   FSR II – Minimum three years credit union/banking experience to include two years Teller, New Accounts, and/or Sales related experience or equivalent. Experience which provides a general knowledge of credit union/banking loan operations helpful. Product knowledge, Service through Sales, Advanced Sales Certification and Consumer Lending Certification required or equivalent financial services training programs or experience.FSR III - Duties same as FSR I & II plus: Performs a broad range of related lending activities to include interviewing, processing, underwriting and disbursing loans. Responds to member inquiries relating to loan requirements and matters affecting the granting of loans. Minimum five years combined credit union/banking experience to include four years of increasingly responsible experience in new accounts and sales and/or in the full range of lending functions to include loan processing and some underwriting or equivalent. Proven team-building skills. FSR IV – Duties as FSR I/II/III plus: Provides technical guidance to the FSR team in all sales and lending-related functions. Minimum seven years combined credit union/banking experience to include six years of increasingly responsible experience in new accounts and sales and in the full range of lending functions to include loan processing and underwriting. Strong leadership skills and proven experience as a team leader.
