For more information, visit State Street's web site at www.statestreet.com Performance & Analytics Consultant, Vice President- AUSTIN TEXAS THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN AUSTIN TEXASBasic Purpose: Individuals have primary responsibility for the delivery of State Street Investment Analytics related services to a highly complex client based in Austin Texas. May include supervision of one or more consultant 1 and 2 positions.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:Provides custom and standard performance and analytics services including daily performance measurement, analytics, universe, and executive summary reporting.Work with client to develop appropriate reporting and service level based on understanding of client needs.Routinely interact with client to assist client in effectively utilizing information provided by SSIA. Provide formal presentations to individuals or committees at client.Provide appropriate level of oversight to ensure quality control of information being provided including custom benchmarks and calculations (overlay analysis etc).Monitor and manage client profitability within established parameters.Participate in development & implementation of training & business integration of new products, processes, or systems.Management and development of Consultant 1 and 2 as assigned.Coordinates with other internal organizations (Ops, systems, Accounting, etc) to meet client needs.Independent Action & Scope Differentiation:Under limited supervision, handle highly complex client & monitor all products provided to client. Responsibility for quality control, delegation to staff, allocation of resources & time commitments. Must be able to build strong working relationships with individuals (PMs, Investment Operations, front and back office) at the client, based on a solid working knowledge of client plan reporting requirements.Minimum Job Specifications:BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area + minimum 7 years of performance measurement and analysis or investment related experience.
