Technical Knowledge:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus.

â€¢ Experience with PeopleSoft HCM (version 8) and PeopleTools required including version upgrades.

â€¢ Exposure to various reporting technologies such as Business Objects is highly desired.

â€¢ Minimum of 6 years experience with relational database architecture and models. (Oracle and SQL Server preferred), and familiarity with network architectures.â€¢ Experience using a structured systems development methodology required.
