Payroll Specialist/Human Resources

Financial Professionals is currently searching for a Payroll Specialist who can handle full cycle ADP.  The person must also be familiar with HR capabilities.  The position is located in McKinney, TX and will pay up to $40K, its is a direct hire. The most important factors are the ADP knowledge and human resource knowledge. Provide accurate and timely payroll and employee benefit changes, provide functional administrative HR support, and ensure prompt and professional customer service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process payroll through the ADP payroll and EZLabor timekeeping systems Responsible for benefit administration Provides administrative support in functional areas of the Human Resources department Handle informational and confidential forms and records with the utmost of care Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports in ReportSmith Organize and prioritize to meet deadlines with the utmost of accuracy, while handling multiple interruptions throughout the day Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the phone Strong attention to detail, ability to meet specific deadlines Other job related duties as may be assigned Qualifications/Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are a must Previous Banking and/or HR experience preferred Previous ADP payroll for Windows experience a definite plus Ability to manage and organize multiple priorities Strong customer service focus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in service Must be able to maintain confidentiality of payroll and HR documents Must be able to interact with all levels of employees in a professional mannerPre-employment criminal background and credit check are required
