Part-Time Supplemental Workforce Program Sales and Service Representative - 5711

Description:ResponsibilitiesIn this position, the majority of each shift is spent providing superior service for our customers and clients. Responsibilities include responding to various types of customer service inquiries and offering customers third party products that enhance their credit card experiences. This is a seasonal, part-time position in our supplemental workforce program. Duties may include: Accepting inbound calls from customer and/or clientsMaking outbound calls to customers for information gathering and educationProcessing credit applicationsUpdating customer accountsUpselling third party productsQualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of MS Windows Good verbal communications skillsBasic reading and math skillsGood organizational skills Proven decision making ability Ability to multitask in a fast paced environmentAbility to input and interpret dataFlexibility of scheduleThis position will allow you to choose the hours you work, but there are various schedule requirements for these positions, including weekends. You must be willing and able to work every Monday and every Friday for a minimum of 3 hours and 6 hours every other Saturday with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
