The requests may come from retail banking customers across all of the client bank markets. Customer Service Representatives may be required to support one or multiple product groups depending on level of experience, training and proven competency.  Responsibilities include explaining specific bank policies and procedures as they relate to all deposit products; complete service requests relating to maintaining, correcting and updating customer file information or specific account information and providing additional account services.   A successful candidate is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in all customer interactions and managing call-handle times to meet or exceed departmental efficiency standards.  This position requires the ability to take inbound calls on a continuous basis. Candidates must be able to perform functions of the job while sitting at a desk for 90% of time on the job. Manual dexterity to operate telephone equipment and complete computer input is also required to perform this job.  Hours: M-F 8:00-1:00pm, 9:00-2:00pm or 3:00pm-8:00pm.Saturdays: rotating 7:30-4:30Pay Rate: 12.00 an hour.
