Part-Time Customer Service Representative

This PART TIME position handles inbound service calls from customers, while looking for sales referral opportunities for personal banking products and services.  Answers customer questions within set standards.  Resolves problems and complaints customers may have about banking products and services. Handles routine inbound service calls from customers independently, while looking for sales referral opportunities.  Answers customers questions within set standards. Minimum Requirements: High school or GED equivalent; 1 year customer service experience in a Call Center environment with demonstrated sales ability Excellent verbal communication skills Computer PC skills Stable work history The ability to be bonded  and successfully complete a  criminal background check, and drug screen.Training classes will begin on October 6, 2008 and last for 4 weeks. The training hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Once the training has been completed the possible shift hours are:  PART TIME - 32.5 hours with 1-hour flex start time 6am/7am-1pm/2pm; 7am/8am-2pm/3pm; 10am/11am-5pm/6pm; 12pm/1pm-7pm/8pm Saturdays are required.
